1. Services Provided

We offer:

Villa/home relocation
Office/business moving
Packing/unpacking services
Furniture assembly/disassembly
Short/long-term storage

2. Booking & Payments

Quotes: Free estimates based on volume/distance (final price confirmed after survey).
Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, or UAE-approved online gateways.
Deposit: 20-50% may be required to secure booking (non-refundable if cancellation <24 hours).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation: 48+ hours notice for full refund (except deposit).
Late Cancellation (<24 hours): 50% service charge applies.
Rescheduling: Free if notified 24+ hours in advance.

4. Liability & Insurance

Damages: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (with photo proof).
High-Value Items: Declare in advance (e.g., antiques, art) for special handling.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate inventory and access to premises.
Secure pets/children during moving process.
Remove prohibited items (flammables, explosives) before packing.

6. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to:

UAE government restrictions
Natural disasters (sandstorms, floods)
Labor strikes

7. Dispute Resolution

UAE courts (Dubai) have jurisdiction.
Mediation preferred before legal action.

8. Website Use
